Please ensure someone is available to receive the flowers on the chosen delivery date; we cannot accept responsibility for items left in safe places or with neighbours if specifically instructed to do so by the sender or recipient.
For non-perishable items such as vases or gifts, you may request a return within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. The cost of return postage will be your responsibility, unless the item is faulty.
